""This Ain't What You Want" Video Review"

Rumors are the worst. Far too often in life, we have to deal with people spreading false narratives about us for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, it’s because they’re jealous. Other times, it could be something else, but most of the time it’s just simply because people don’t have anything better to do with their lives. If you’re one of those people, I caution you to be weary of your actions. Because as Las Vegas rhyme-spitter Miles Low puts in his new video, this ain’t what you want.

Although the visual is basic, the aesthetic qualities of, “This Ain’t What You Want,” make it’s simplicity the best part of the video. Juggling between two scenes, one sporting a pretty Asian woman, and the other showcasing Low in an ambient, dark filter; the video perfectly compliments the track well, as Low’s straightforward cadences play right into the visual’s core theme. With his upcoming project set to be released next week, “This Ain’t What You Want,” serves as the perfect single and video to kick off Miles’ season. - RESPECT. Magazine

""Smoke & Mirrors" Album Review"

While Las Vegas has been climbing the ranks as a scene in the past couple of years, the city has always had its unsung heroes. Among them is native Miles Low, who has been a Swiss Army knife for the town for sometime know, playing both the role of radio jockey, & a vicious emcee. After keeping the people waiting, Miles drops off his potent new project, Smoke & Mirrors.

At 11 tracks long, Smoke & Mirrors is a perfect length for today’s market, with little-to-no skips. While released as a single, the G. Reed assisted, “Eenie Meenie” still stands as the song with the best rapping, Miles showcases his versatility throughout the whole album. Already know as a strong lyricist, Miles uses tracks like, “Friends” & “Leavin’” to highlight his infectious abilities, & utilizes, the Vic Smith collaboration, “Sonata” to let you know not to fuck with his pen.

With the other tracks producing the same feelings — don’t sleep on, “Faded” — Smoke & Mirrors is the project we needed from Miles. - RESPECT. Magazine

Bio

Anybody can look cool on social media now a day. *Insert face tats, pink dreads, with autotune* and BOOM, you have your next platinum rap star. Here today, gone tomorrow, never to be heard from again after Social Media gets another gimmicky artist to subscribe to. Now insert MILES LOW. Hailing from the North side of Las Vegas, multimillion-view former battle rapper Miles has manifested the world around him. Through real life networking, putting boots on the ground, and investing in the things that really count (The People).

Battle rapper, turned iHeartRadio coordinator, Miles has seemed to take the same path as Ludacris and Big Sean took through the industry. Witty, fun loving lyrics, with a gritty punchline-based style, that will make any true fan of hip hop remember why they fell in love with rap music in the 1st place. Blessing the same stage as Snoop Dogg, Lil Boosie, Big Sean, Eric B& Rakim, Dizzy Wright, Dom Kennedy, Al B Sure, and more Miles is poised for greatness, the question is, will you be a part of it? Or merely a witness?
