Milly Warbucks

Milly Warbucks' career began at the tender age of 9 by rapping on a mixtape put together by some of his older family members. Although his first verse was childs play, his love for music grew from that moment on. As time progressed, Milly went on to display his talents by engaging in local cyphers on the block as well as freestyle competitions throughout the East New York borough of Brooklyn. Throughout his travels, Milly has gained much recognition and credibility with his witty wordplay and clever lyrics. However, like many other young minorities growing up in the ghetto, Milly would eventually fall victim to the temptation of fast money which led to his incarceration of 4 years. Faced with the hardships of jail, he would push even harder to perfect his craft by writing and reciting each and everyday towards his journey to freedom. Once returning to society, Milly has been on a relentless pace recording and grinding his way in order to let the world hear his words, his ultimate goal. With the help of Nomics, his Producer extraordinaire and the explosive DJ Benny Blendz by his side, Milly Warbucks is headed full throttle with the focus and dedication needed in order to reach success in this industry we call music, It is only a matter of time. Milly currently resides in New York and has recently signed to Avid Artist Management. Since the fall of 2009, Milly has recorded and shot a music video with R&B songstress "Qui" as well as a track with Princess of Crime Mob. Both projects provide promising outlets in which both Milly and Avid plan to capitalize on.
