In the 80s K-tel introduced the original Minipops. This highly successful series of kids albums, featured talented children singing the pop hits of the day. Today, K-tel's all new Minipop Kids, features a new ‘crop’ of stars-in-waiting all between the ages of 9-13. All MPK albums are sung exclusively by the kids, for kids of all ages.
The fun and excitement that parents remember through their young experiences with Minipops has now been brought to a new generation. Over the last three years the Minipop Kids has had success through a major national TV campaign on YTV, making the brand recognizable and loved by both parents and children alike.
The Mini Pop Kids is produced in Winnipeg, Manitoba. There are currently 9 kids that will be featured on The Mini Pop Kids volume 3. The Mini Pop Kids 3 isa double disc packed with 24 of the hottest hits including the latest chart topping songs by such artists as; Christina Aguilera, Gnarls Barkley, John Mayer, Jessica and Ashley Simpson.
