Bio
Minnie Birch writes beautiful acoustic folk/pop songs. She can be found playing solo or with her band mates Clare and Charlot (who add bass, ukulele and beautiful vocal harmonies)
Minnie Birch has been around since 2008 and in that time has had a lot of fun, making records, playing gigs and festivals and drinking lots of tea! Her highlight for 2011 was being asked to write a song for the New York Times bestselling author Lauren Oliver. The song was used on the books official advert and the band got to play at the book launch party in London.
This year while her two band mates Clare and Charlot are busy moving to the seaside and getting married it looks like there will be more solo Minnie Shows. One big highlight that she is looking forward to is supporting Joan Armatrading at the Watford date of her Autumn tour.
