Joel, Kenny, Kyle, and Alec formed MINORITY in May of 2003 with the dream of playing music in front of large audiences. The crowds are growing larger, and the fan base is becoming world-wide thanks to rigorous regional touring and media attention.
MINORITY rocked a number of cities on the Vans Warped Tour in 2004 and 2005. They were voted as the best band under 20 by the Texas Music Project and were a featured band on HDNet's True Music.
Their vision is to create energetic, positive music with a driving four-piece sound. Influenced by Blink-182, Green Day, New Found Glory, and a host of other artists, MINORITY works audiences with catchy riffs and complex beats.
