Minus Two hails from Peterborough, Ontario Canada, and have been playing together with current members Mike, Jake, Cliff, and BJ since mid 2004. They could best be described as punk meets metal, and have both the artistic talent, and live performance to back it up.
Opening for such bands as OFF THE MARK, THE JUNCTION, and I HATE SALLY, Minus Two has built a solid fan base in and around their home town.
With the sudden departure of guitarist Hugh McArthur, the boys have had to pull it together and regroup as a four piece. Not a problem, Minus Two continues to progress as a band, and will be a force to be reckoned with in the near future. Currently unsigned, Minus Two has worked very hard to record and produce their first six song EP with the help of Tim Downs and Red Bicycle Recording Co. Minus Two continues to work hard to promote their music, and build a larger fan base with each and every show.
As for the future of Minus Two, they will still be playing shows, setting up tours, and working extremely hard to make themselves heard across Canada and the Globe. As for now, this is just the beginning…
