Bio
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Miranda Martini is a singer-songwriter, essayist, journalist and playwright... . She has shared a stage with some of western Canada's brightest new voices, and her songwriting has twice taken her to the finals of the Calgary Folk Festival Songwriting Competition. Having recently completed a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature at UBC, she now resides in Calgary, where she works for Alberta Views Magazine.?? She is currently working with songwriter Kris Demeanor on new music for Cheryl Foggo's thetrical work John Ware Reimagined.
