Fall music warms the season
New releases make holiday shopping a breeze
By Paul Freeman
- Miss Charlotte, "West Coast Country Girl"
Her energy shines on country rockers, calling to mind "Little Miss Dynamite," Brenda Lee. But Redwood City's Miss Charlotte can also deliver a traditional ballad, as shown on the Hank Williams perennial, "Your Cheatin' Heart." Produced by Randy McGowan, the music benefits from strong instrumentation and vibrant arrangements. Drop into the party marking Miss Charlotte's debut CD release and 22nd birthday at the Little Fox, this Sunday, 7 p.m. For more, visit http://www.misscharlottesweb.com.

Bio
This West Coast Country Girl grew up 20 minutes south of big time San Francisco singing Delta Dawn and Cowboy Sweetheart. Her passion for music has continued through-out her life, starting when she was just 2 years old singing in the front row at church. Since then, she has performed at the Cow Palace, Oakland Colliseum, SBC Park, the California State Fair, and many other rodeos, fairs, festivals, casinos and special events. She has opened for Sha na na and performed at the Little Fox Theater in Redwood City. Miss Charlotte writes her own songs, plays the piano, and gives you chills with her awesome vocals. Her stage presence will captivate you in an instant and her ability to tell a story will keep you begging for more. Her recent debut album West Coast Country Girl has gotten much attention from the Palo Alto and San Mateo Daily as well as KZSU, Stanford's radio station. On top of her talents she is a determined young lady certain to make her dreams a reality.
