Our four song demo was recently released in November 1, 2010. It is currently moving up the charts on numerous internet radio stations and is also receiving airplay on local radio stations. It has been given very favorable reviews from various media outlets. A full-length album is slated for release in summer of 2010.

Starting with a mixture of artists from varying backgrounds, Mizon (pronounced My-zon) formed in early 2006. Originally starting as a 4 piece, Mizon reformed as a 5 piece in 2008. With a focus on thought-provoking lyrics, punishing riffs, and rule-breaking arrangement, the members of Mizon strive for a sound that can be enjoyed by anyone, while retaining stylings from some of their favorite musical acts.
After playing several of Denver's popular venues and gaining some much needed live experience in 2008, the band, with its new members is now focusing on finishing its first full length album which is due for completion early in 2010.
For the members of Mizon, their music is expression, entertainment, a hobby, an escape, and often times a form of therapy. With no two songs sounding alike, the moods and themes they write around appear chaotic initially, and become more and more transparent with repeated listening.
