It was late. The house was finally still.

M. crept out to his shed. With no power there, he lit a candle and opened his computer. He'd have one hour and thirty two minutes to lay down the tracks that make up the record, 'I Don't Want To Fight You'.

M. moved his young family from the suburbs of a southern city, to the hills of a northern clime. Partly to break the increasingly debaucherous habits his rock'n'roll dreams were harbouring, but mostly to understand and get in touch with the lives he was creating.

M. spent months staring across the hills to the ridge that led two thousand kilometer's down to the bible bashing community he grew up in. This lent kindly to lilting guitars, melody stacked on melody and lyrics born of intention and questioning.

The aim was only to hold his family strong. The method inspired a sweet, raw and bold music to march forth.
