MKF is an Indian vocal driven western sound headed by legendary singer/songwriter Mahmood Khan, known for his work with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. With his twelve piece band Mahmood made music history in October by being the first singer/songwriter from the Indian subcontinent to have achieved a number one hit single on Australian Pop charts with Like the River, setting the stage for the new music genre WORLD/POP.
