I have known Myra Leblanc for nearly 2o years. During that time
Myra has recorded a number of songs that received “radio air play” in
southwestern Nova Scotia.
Myra has a commercial voice and really needs to be well produced
and promoted in order to “break into the market” on a larger scale.
As a broadcaster and co-owner of Radio CJLS Limited I am proud to
support local talent and hope Myra has the good fortune to receive an
appropriate level of funding to assist her in creating product that will
properly launch her singing career.

I am a country singer/songwriter from Yarmouth NS. I have been in several bands throughout the years, but have currently been focusing on recording my second CD.
My first CD "So the Story goes" was released in 2006. I have gotten regular airplay on CJLS 95.5 FM radio, internet radio and CIFA 104.1 FM radio. My song "He's not Mr. Right" made it to top 100 Europe charts. It was # 25!
I have currently been chosen as a Top 10 semi-finalist in the CMT karaoke star finals for all of NS. It will be aired on CMT television on October 1st 2009. All of Canada will then be able to vote for their favorite!
My second CD is set to be released in the fall. My influences are Sara Evans, Sugarland, Sheryl Crow and Martina McBride. I tend to like edgy songs with a bit of attitude.
