Every band trying to market themselves always claims to have something special, unique or unheard of. The band Mocksi Brown is fairly unheard of in the local music scene, unless you've been to one of their shows. Many people would attribute a lack of presence in the local music scene as a fallback, but this band is the best kept secret in Denver. Three of the four members are currently attending either Metro or CU Denver, studying music in some facet. Not even old enough to pop open a tall cool one, these four guys bring a fresh and interesting approach to a Denver music scene that needs a fresh breath of musicianship. Their love for music is displayed through each instrument, combining driving guitar, dance-worthy hooks from the keyboard, drums, thumping bass and melodic vocals that top it all of. This group has natural musical talent, something there is a lack of around the area.
