Modern Day Flirt is an all-girl alternative rock band based out of Nashville, Tennessee. The band is bound by their individuality and thrives off of each other's passion for performing. The band is fronted by Atlanta native Ellie Duncan, backed by Julia Paymer on bass, Sophie Ruggiero and Ashley Tessman on guitars and Holley Batey on drums. The girls pull inspiration from strong artists like Shakey Graves, Paramore, Cage the Elephant, and Alabama Shakes. MDF's carefree personality shows through their eccentric stage presence and unconventional lyrics. The band has played at venues around Nashville including The End, Boulevard Records, and Drkmttr.
