Bio
Formed in late 2009, Mok Swagger is a Hard Rock act seasoned with soulful and melodic hooks. Made up of four suburban hellites having two things in common; a love for rock n roll and a gnarly cold sore. But thats a story for their memoirs.
The searing vocals of Steve Cliff and crunching riffery of Alex Borland's guitar blend with the powerful bass lines and heavy hitting drumming of Graham Humphrey and Danny Harvey to create a monster of balls to the wall rock music at its finest.
The "Swag" has been gigging extensively throughout 2010 creating a name for themselves throughout the Toronto Club circuit. They played a number of shows in Ottawa, receiving great reviews and many requests to return.
A personal highlight for the band was in December 2010 when they organized and headlined a benefit show for SickKids Hospital Burn Unit, raising over $1000 for the cause.
With high hopes for 2011 the Swag will be working to build on it's reputation as a meaningful rock act throughout the ever-growing Toronto music scene.
