Met zijn indrukwekkende en veelzijdige stem is Mola Sylla een veelgevraagde gast bij verschillende formaties. Vorige week zong hij nog met cellist Ernst Reijseger op Noorderzon. Morgen presenteert Sylla zijn eerste eigen band op de ZomerJazzFietsTour met musicie uit Afrika, Nederland en Rusland.

Bio
Limitless, that is the best way to describe singer and instrumentalist Mola Sylla. His roots lie in Senegal in the tradition of the griots. Since coming to Europe he has become a renowned musician, from improvised jazz, Latin and pop, to Cuban and classical music. He is known for his unique performance, a combination of his personality and surprisingly musical improvisation ability. Tours anno 2010 around the world with Omar Sosa formation 'Afreecanos'.
