Mold Colony

Mold Colony

Something’s been growing in the dark, dank rainforests of Canada’s west coast. Indie-rock fused with funk, celtic and progressive grooves. Eclectic and often outrageous. Sweet, sour and satirical. More fun than furry bread and more rockin' than rotting rhubarb – Mold Colony will grow on you.

Independent recording artists Mold Colony reside in Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, Canada. Their music reflects the diverse influences of the four musicians, each bringing experience in local gig bands and independent recording projects. The lyrics blend introspective musings with perceptions of the world through the lens of an eccentric sense of humour. The result is an energetic and entertaining slurry of styles and personality that is uniquely Mold Colony.
