Quotes
"Molly Slone is dedicated to her career as a singer-songwriter and it shows. One of these days you'll say, 'I heard her before she was famous!'"
Bart Herbison, Exec. Dir., Nashville Songwriters Association (NSAI)

“Molly is a natural. Her voice, so unaffected, so honest, brims with an integrity that is sorely lacking in much of today's music.”
Stacy Yelton, Program Director, WUKY FM, Lexington, KY

“Fresh, fantastic, fun! Great songs, a great performer. A musical treat!"
Ralph Murphy, Vice President, ASCAP Nashville

Molly on Her Music Career:
I was really scared to “quit my day job,” but once I did, it seemed like the most natural thing in the world. I love music so much – and sometimes I can’t believe that this is really my life. I have met so many amazing people and gotten to work with some of the most talented musicians on the planet. I feel really blessed.

Molly on Songwriting:
"I love songwriting. I’ve always been really analytical and emotional and that comes out in my songs. I am still learning about the craft; the work itself is very challenging in an exciting way. When I get a really great line, I am so thrilled and sometimes I can’t believe that I wrote it."

Molly on Her Goals:
"I just hope to be able to make a living doing something that I love… and to touch people. In my life, music has moved me to tears, has made me laugh, and made me think. If my music can do that for someone else, that would be the greatest thrill."
