Bio

Molora is a singer, songwriter, "spreacher" and worship leader with a rich cross-generational multi-ethnic style. But above all Molora in anointed. Her music and voice speak directly to your heart with undeniable realism.

Molora began singing at the age of 2, she recalls being sat on the communion table so people could see her sing. Both of her parents come from musical backgrounds; her mother, Margaret from bluegrass gospel and her dad, Roger from more traditional gospel. However, they raised Molora on the likes of Andrae Crouch, Edwin Hawkins and the Goss Brothers. Her family ministered from Alabama to Chicago, the Bayous of Louisiana to Los Angeles. Thus are the many musical influences that have molded Molora's very distinct sound.

Molora served as a soloist and song leader for many years. After college Molora became the music Minister of Abundant Life church in Torrance, CA. It was there God began transitioning her from a song leader to a worship leader. She began to see her role as a worship leader as the high calling it is. She says "Anyone can praise, but not everyone worships. Worship is personal, it's intimate, it's adoration and awe of God. Leading people through that journey, is a daunting responsibility but when you allow yourself to get lost in worship others follow."

While in L.A., Molora met Garry Kellstrom, who served as the drummer of her band, and recorded her first album, "Triumph." Molora and Garry married, and shortly thereafter felt the Lord calling them into fulltime ministry. Considering themselves 'Gypsies for Jesus' they traveled continually for almost 7 years with Molora ministering in song and the Word. During this time, Molora recorded 2 more projects, "Lifting a Voice" and "Wait for Me," she sang in churches and venues of all denominations and sizes. She has shared the stage with the likes of Doyle Dykes, Lindell Cooley, Allen Asbury, Jaci Velasquez, Big Tent Revival, and Third Day.

In 1999 Molora gave birth to her first child and decided that full time ministry could not mean full time traveling anymore. Although, Music Minister positions and offers poured in from across the US, Molora felt the Lord once again calling her to work in her Fathers church, which by then was in Kings Mountain, NC.

After becoming the Minister of Worship & Arts at Family Worship Center the Lord began moving her to worship, not only in music but also in art, dance, drama and banners. Even though her main focus in ministry has been at FWC, she continued to minister abroad and has been a regular guest vocalist on the internationally broadcast "Voice of Triumph" television ministry.

During this time Molora completed her 4th project "Missing You Madly" and gave birth to her 2nd child.

Having come full circle in her ministry, the Lord began giving her praise and worship music, which quickly became church favorites.

God began stirring Molora's heart, that the music must be shared with the body of Christ. As Molora began making plans to that end, the Lord began unfolding His plan, which she feels she is in full step with. Molora says "Music is the only language that needs no interpretation, it transcends all words and it speaks directly to the heart." The music that God has given her does exactly that.
