Born in Stockton, California, now residing in Elk Grove, California (Home of New Rhyme Records). Mona Leesa started her Rapping/Singing career around the age of 12 after seeing her older brother gunned down in the streets of Stockton, California. Now, at the age of 21 she is ready to share her feelings with the world. PEOPLE, the title track from her debut album talks about the real people and the everyday events in their lives, both the triumphs and the tragedies. With tracks like No More, she shares with you the pain of losing someone you love to senseless violence.
