My music is unique in that it is so varied. I play and write in both English and Spanish. And we play genres from Latin Caribean, American Folk, pop, Children's songs to sultry jazz and fun swing and crazy banjo. My influences began in the late 60's listening to Bob Dylan and Joan Baez. Since then I have been influences by a huge variety of musical styles from classical to Appalachian, Folk, Country, Blues, Jazz, pop, Southwest Mexican, Andes and more. I enjoy toying with new sounds and styles. I have a voice with a wide range and altho I sing soprano in the choir many people love the richness of my lower range. I can be silly and I can be serious and I love it all.
