Bio
Khusugtun is distinctive group of Mongolian musicians whose goal is to share with the world our thousands of years of rich heritage and culture. We introduce our unique throat singing and traditional music, which have been passed down, from our nomadic herder ancestors from the beautiful Mongolian Steppes .
Khusugtun band has 7 professional musicians who mastered throat singing. We play very unique music instruments such as horse headed fiddles, dombor, limbe, zither etc... Throat singing can be delivered by only few artists around the world and the music instruments we play, throat singing itself and the way how we play are recognised as Human Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
