Bio
Monica Hardin Miss Kentucky 2001, competed in the Miss America pageant, held in Atlantic City NJ. She is a dynamic motivational speaker and a moving inspirational vocalist - sharing her talents with many across this nation. Ms. Hardin was featured in the MTV documentary “True Life- I’m a Beauty Queen” and is a contributing author in “Under the Crown.” She was a finalist in the 2003 "Exalting Him" a Daywind Records Talent search seen on TBN, and won first place in the 2004 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Spotlight Competition for Contemporary Christian Music. Her voice has been featured on CD compilations “Land of the Free” 2002 and “Exalting Him” 2003, and on Jean Beaudelaire’s self titled sophomore album. Monica’s passion is to motivate and encourage others through spoken words and music. In March she received the 2005 Volunteer Service Award from President G.W. Bush for her work with Kentucky Harvest. She is featured on the November 2005 cover of Today’s Woman Magazine.
