Bio
Monica is a singer/songwriter whose music has evolved from her early gospel roots, traditional and folk. Based in Boone, N.C, her soulful, introspective songs reflect the influences of life in the Blue Ridge mountains. A seasoned performer, Monica plays many venues, from cafes to festivals throughout the southeast. She released her first independent cd, SACRED GROUND , a collection of original compositions in February 2007.
