Northern-based melodic noise trio MonMon perfectly balance intelligent and considered lyrics to powerful rhythms and intricate finger-picked guitar. After two years of intense gigging they have tightly knitted a sound which is derived from their ability to craft nasty riffs over bass heavy backbeats in a way which is overall subtle but thoroughly soaked in raw power.
