Formed in 2008 for the Concordia University Raymond Scott Centennial Tribute Concert, the "Quintette" continues to perform the music of Raymond Scott during his centennial year and beyond, providing a retrospective featuring 30's style outfits, vintage drum kit and educational information about the very unusual life and career of this iconoclastic figure.
Formé en 2008 pour le "Raymond Scott Centennial Tribute Concert" a l'Université Concordia, le "Quintette" continue sa performance et promotion de la musique de Raymond Scott pendant cette année centennaire, et plus loin. Le groupe présente son spectacle en costumes style années 30 avec kit de drum d'époque et des presentations educationels sur la vie étrange et fascinante de cette figure iconoclaste.
