Moonlight Gram, formally called, BROTHERS, was formed in Austin, TX by frontman, Chris Smith, in the fall of 2009. During his younger years, Chris toured with several friends' bands, eventually inspiring him to write and perform music on his own. When forming Brothers, he looked to longtime best friend and tour-mate, Travis Bryant (Terminal, Alive & Wild Paint) to accompany his vision, contributing ideas, guitar, and beautiful harmonies to his strong lead vocals.
The main focus behind Moonlight Gram's material are songs that make you feel. Everything they've written is inspired from an emotion from a certain point in time. In drawing from personal experiences, Chris and Travis look to connect with listeners in an honest way, offering an epic sound that is both relatable and memorable.
The two have been playing shows together when time permits, though are looking to build upon their current local fan base in Austin, TX. Since BROTHERS has been a difficult title to obtain legally, they are in the process of changing their name to something that will not cause confusion with other groups and help differentiate themselves as the unique artists that they are.
