Morgan Keller was born in Northern New Jersey on October 16, 1998. Having grown up in close proximity to New York City her love of the music grew tremendously. Music theatre brought Morgan into the music scene. The interest was further cultivated when she became 13 and Morgan started songwriting with her self-taught guitar and piano. Morgan performed at The School of Rock in a typical ‘rock band’ setup and went on a summer cross-country tour, performing covers of rock songs in city venues. She also participated in Summerfest — the World’s Largest Music Festivals. At the age of 15, Morgan released a 6-song EP titled “Society’s Eyes” and further developed her career by performing original music in venues such as Rockwood Music Hall, The Studio at Webster Hall, The Bitter End, and Sunnyvale in New York City. Tongue-in-cheek lyricism and pop-sensible melodies mixed with gritty and raw vocal prowess is what makes Morgan Keller stands out from the pool of NYC singer-songwriters. The wide-ranging appeal of her music stems from her diverse influences; from Adele to Julia Michaels to Led Zeppelin, Morgan seamlessly forges the gap between pop/rock and soul in an accessible, authentic way. Likes telling stories in a creative way, Morgan’s powerful 4-range octave vocal and sincere lyrics illustrate a relatable experience to people and inform them that they are not alone. Beginning her college career in 2017, Morgan released “Photograph” with producer Violinist In The Metro. In 2018, Morgan wrote the lyrics and melody of “Combust” and collaborated with EDM producer Mike Danglez. Currently, Morgan is working with producer Kunis based in Brooklyn for her next self-love, female empowerment anthem.
