Morgan Tobias

Rising from small town Ontario, Morgan Tobias has a soulful sound that mixes pop and folk into her country roots. Her strong, throaty chops will haunt and move you and keep you begging for more. At only 18, she is well on her way to establishing herself as a premier Canadian vocal talent.
Morgan is focused on producing radio-friendly music that her fans can sing along with and relate to. From the lead track Whatever Happened to Us and its search for an idealistic relationship to the unforgettable anthem We’ve Got What It Takes, listeners will find themselves singing along, impressed by Morgan’s vocal range and strength.
For as long as she can remember, Morgan has only wanted to do one thing: “I’ve just always wanted to sing. I love the crowd. I love the spotlight. This is what I was born to do. I want to move people with my lyrics and entertain them with my music.”
Morgan’s first EP, I’ll Love You Anyway, brings home a message central to Morgan’s life: Love can conquer anything. “When I was sitting with Lee, (songwriter Lee Hester) and he told me about his friend, and her struggles, and that she was his inspiration for the song, I just knew I had to record it and make it my title track. It’s such an emotional song. I just needed to bring his powerful words to life for everyone to hear.”
Knowing that nothing meaningful ever came easy, Morgan is currently working the coffeehouse and small venue circuit, looking to establish her place and gain the experience needed to be a lasting success in the music industry.
