MORNING MUSUKO - The one and only original J-Pop Big Band!
A collaboration between Japanese and non-Japanese musicians, Morning MUSUKO was formed by New York City based trombonist Joe Beaty.
Morning MUSUKO is an exciting mix of New York and Japan, expanding Japanese pop music to a wider and more diverse audience while giving J-Pop hits an original New York City music scene twist.
Morning MUSUKO is more than a band, we're a family. Although Morning MUSUKO was formed in December of 2010 we have all known each other in the NYC music scene for over 10 years. MUSUKO is made up of a mix of talented young musicians as well as seasoned veterans including J-Pop Idol Senri Oe.
We are a tight knit group that have a blast playing with each other and the high energy we bring to the stage spreads throughout the audience. Morning MUSUKO creates an environment of togetherness and fun that invites people to feel that they are a part of MUSUKO.
MUSUKO is about individual style, confidence, camaraderie, and good times!
