"Review"

...Intelligent compositions, enthralling hooks, and oh-so-apropos vocals come executed with polished instrumentation that leads to a so-fresh and so-clean rock experience covering the spectrum. Emboding the light-hearted personalities of its creators, songs come equipped capable of inducing reactions from content head-bobbing to all-out groove-thang shakin' Jerzadelphia style, an ability opening doors everywhere...

...The debut EP from this 4 piece band from Trenton, NJ is without question one of the best offerings I've heard from a rock and roll band that still has yet to find a home on a record label... - Next Gen Noise

"Review"

...They stray pretty widely from punk to garage to new wave. I prefer it when they stick to the latter, with an appealing, dark, fuzzed out guitar, and frantic vocals. They could mature into something real interesting... - Amp Magazine

"Review"

...(Moscow Girls') brand of rootsy rock and roll is overwhelming in its brooding patience. 'A Story of Betrayal and Lust' hangs menacingly below the explosion line, constantly teasing the listener with brief tantrums... - Origivation Magazine

"Review"

...Fully in tune with each other and how to rock, (Moscow Girl's) simplistic yet rich melodies are stapled all over this smart seven-track disc (debut EP), giving fans of fist-pumping rock something to cheer about... - Ear Candy Mag

"Review"

...For those of you who figured garage was strictly the domain of
Williamsburg and perhaps Jersey City, here's Trenton with all three of its chords... the one thing they do have that separates them from the skinny-tie-and-mess-cut crowd is the one thing that the town that brought us City Gardens can offer -- a nice punk foundation... - Hush NJ

"Review"

...as a live band they make a thoughtfully crazy, energetic noise with ideas flying left, right and centre... - Pure Rawk

"Review"

... It is so refreshing to find out about a great band like Moscow Girls through Myspace. With so many bands on Myspace, it's hard to get above the massive amounts of mediocre and bad music - Moscow Girls definitely break that barrier... The call out line on Moscow Girls Myspace page is, "Who are these Moscow Girls?" I have to say after hearing them, I would have to say the same thing and add - why does everyone not know them? - Broadtexter.com

"...they make a thoughtfully crazy, energetic noise with ideas flying left, right and center..."

- Pure Rawk

In a day and age when the music world is over-saturated with bands who seem preoccupied with conforming to a specific genre's guidelines, 'Moscow Girls' draw their influences from the entire history of rock and roll to put out a sound that's fresh, yet familiar.

Formerly known as The Frantic, Moscow Girls have performed over 150 shows together. They've opened for the likes of the New York Dolls, Supersuckers, Chesterfield Kings, The Charms, Gore Gore Girls, IV Thieves, performed up and down the east coast and went on a 2 week tour of the UK in the summer of '06, all on a DIY work ethic.

They've recently wrapped up recording a self titled EP (available now on iTunes and Rhapsody) at the legendary Water Music in Hoboken, NJ.
