"Update or Die (Biggest Brazilian portal of technology and culture innovation)"

Moshdog is essentially a band of rock and roll. And how good to hear! The first EP was released in October last year, with five tracks produced by Thaddeus Patolla (one). I had the pleasure of meeting them at recent shows and it's easy to see how much they believe in the work, as the struggle for space and are totally on the right track. I listened with great care and attention and the EP is really good.

"Fake" is the first clip of the band. "The main idea is to portray both sides of the human personality, symbolized by the contrast between light and dark (in the presence and absence of light)."

Worth the play. - Gustavo Giglio

"NOIZE (Biggest music free distributed magazine in Brazil)"

Launched in October 2013, the debut EP from Moshdog has put the name of the band from São Paulo in evidence in all four corners of Brazil. "Fake" one of the album tracks, today won a clip, directed by Nikolas Fonseca and Gabriel Argenta. You watch the video first hand here in NOIZE:

With influences from grunge and alternative scene of the 90s, the Moshdog called Thaddaeus Patolla producer, winner of a Grammy award, for shaping his first studio. "This EP is an indication of the line we want to keep moving in the next work. Even since we all ready for the full album songs, "said the band, exclusively for NOIZE. "We bet on the elements of raw, organic and analog rock'n'roll without digital resources. We seek to register our work in a way that it always sounds the closest to what we do live. "

The video for "Fake" is a small example of how the band performs on stage. "We are delighted with the result, especially since the video was 100% produced by ourself. The main age was portraying the duality of personality that deals with music, "commented the band. "The fact that we do not show your face completely, or the look, has to do with that proposed by theme music and make the viewer to our place. In outdoor scenes, we took the night lights as a backdrop. "

With a modern sound, the Moshdog can summarize your work in one word: "true". "We like to get straight to the point, no strings attached with no predefined subvertente. Our sound is made guitars with drums, bass, screams and intensity. That's what we like and what we believe. "The entire repertoire of "Get Lost - Pt. 1" is all on Youtube and here we also frees the other band's songs for you to listen.

Although the band has drawn a good EP to their debut, the Moshdog still has a way to go soon, even more for being a beginner band, with less than one year old. "Our biggest challenge is related to the distribution. As much as nowadays the internet is a "democratic" vehicle, the greater range of social networks also function as large vehicles. Who pays more and has greater exposure delivery, "said the group. "We want to have access to the public. The internet is not as free as it seems and who buys space will always be the first 'shelves'. " - Paulo Finatto Jr.

Bio

In the darkest part of the night, hidden behind a cavernous curve on a long winding street and under a heaving neon light that shimmers as it sways back and forth on a single frayed wire, awaits the MOSHDOG; baring its teeth, readying its appetite and shaking the fervent dust and

sweat from its fur as it lays its broken paws upon a sediment of rock.

With good old combination of guitars, bass, drums and voice, Moshdog rises from the dirty, sexy and conspiring alleys with an organic and visceral blend of Rock and Roll.

GET LOST PT.1 , the band’s first EP, was released in October 2013 with five new songs in partnership with the renowned Brazilian producer Tadeu Patolla (Grammy 2013). The album approaches the paradox between the pleasures of life and its consequences.

Moshdog, like any proud mongrel, is just a free ride along every style of Rock, called upon by its explosive and contagious energy, in which the connection between band and audience makes every show an orgiastic purge of want and necessity.

And from the dark recess of our imaginations, to the stamping beat of rock, stretches neath our skin, the Moshdog, within each and every one of us.
