Bio

It is very evident that Moss Da Beast is no novice to the music business. He is born and bred from Chicago, but once Moss moved to Nashville, it allowed him to become very familiar with southern culture and agave him the opportunity to expand his knowledge of the music business. Now, with a 12-year background in management, Moss is working hard on his solo career. Every since his first mix-tape (Almost There) in August of 2010, he has been on a steady rise, releasing several mix-tapes (all available on Datpiff and Spinrilla). Live From the Elevator, released in late 2012, earned Moss his first sponsorship through Hoolegunz clothing. This project also inspired The Live From The Elevator Documentary (which is the process of being added to Netflix, but until then, is available on YouTube). Along with his first solo album, Lebron Jordan Kobe and mix-tape series Marley Sun, Moss received his second sponsorship with

Good Times USA. In 2014, Moss was chosen as an official nominee and Hip Hop Performing Headliner at The Nashville Independent Music Awards (NIMA) as the Hip Hop Artist of the Year and Grinder of the Year. He was also nominated for the 2015 and 2016 Southern Ent. Awards (SEA) Mix-tape Artist of the Year award and Artist Mix-tape of the Year. Moss feels his music exists to unite the world and provide motivation for the masses. He was once told that if “you don’t sell a million records until you meet a million people.” After hearing that, it has become the motto for Moss now and it is what he lives by as he travels and reaches out to his ever growing audience nationwide. Just recently, Moss has positioned himself in an executive role and is now the CEO of Beast Mode Music Group (BMMG), which is home to artists Yella tha OG, Swisha Lee, Fair’Son, In2it.
