Formed in 2010 by Tate and Chris and another friend, Max. Members Of The Academy has been a consistent project for the remaining two musicians for almost two yars and recently, with the addition of new players the Band has a new forward thrust of raw, emotional and upbeat energy that promises to launch M.O.T.A. from a fun and enjoyable side project on weekends, to a full-time touring band doing shows everywhere and infecting the world a little bit with their brand NEW SOUND along the way. MO.T.A. make music both riotous and sweet and deliver an energetic wall of sound like no other music today. Catchy and Radio Ready, but then Brooding and Soulful with at times powerful vocal leaps that soar over Rock and Blues guitar and booming basslines as the drums thump and rock along like keith moon and john bonham making love with pots and pans.
