Bio
my name is Ondrej Sevcik and my passion is videoart. I studied Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Czech Republic, Faculty of Experimental Animation led by Petr Skala. I totally felt in love with visual feedback and I set up a label called MotionOcean which is a tribute to this amazing natural phenomenon of visual feedback.
We stare at systematic dance of atoms flowing around us illustrating the principles of the birth, evolution and extinction.
Fractal growth, generation, butterfly effect, elegant symmetry, stability and turbulent imbalance ... are essential processes common among living systems and we feel that they are somehow connected with the quintessence of reality.
Thanks to MotionOcean we can see these processes and perceive their equivalent within us.
Results of live sessions are never the same, each is a unique original.
I create vibrant abstract patterns for live music, theater performances, video art installations, exhibitions or just for the sheer joy of movement :-!
