"Friendly Fires Sellout Show"

"I found their music to be an interesting rehash of trashy new wave punk and proto-electro. Worth checking out!"
- Sandman Magazine

"Same Teens Manchester Gig With Cheeky Cheeky and The Nosebleeds"

"Here at Same Teens Central we like to think we know what's what, and these boys are right up there in the who's who of what's what! Gigging with some of our favourite indie scamps right now, but don't be surprised if there's an outbreak of glo-sticks with scattered electronica nuttiness resulting in sunshine all round...."
- Same Teens Manchester

"One of our early Gigs"

"They have risen to the top of many a promoter's booking list and continue to grow in popularity"
"deliver their own brand of capricious electro synth pop"
"Excitable drums disrupt the punky shouty vocals; the whole sounding something like the soundtrack to a bedroom monster flick."
"sci-fi influenced DIY sound"
"The deeper underlying tone gives the listener something to grab hold of, something momentarily close to hardcore/house." - thisisull.com

"Brilliant"

Bio

With influence on their lyrics being obscured by the synth driven electro-trash noise that MGF produce, this band seem to like to draw influence from other places. Wether it be Drum and Bass, Nu-Rave or even Atlantis MGF seem like a band who are set to be big soon. Formed early March 2008, and by May having their second ever gig supporting Late Of The Pier, Mountain Goat Frenzy seem to be getting more and more ambitious with their sound as the time they have been together goes on. Having such gigs under their belts as a sell out Friendly Fires gig, playing with White Lies, and headlining at club NME, and playing there on seperate occasions, this band seems in control.
