Our first set of recordings where filmed and tracked at our studio in Fishtown. Will Sackstuder and Noah Dickenson were the masterminds behind the recording and film work.
We are working on recording more material and bringing music videos to life with the songs.

Since Mountjoy has reformed in November of 2010, we have had a very busy year. In the short time that we have been together, we have toured from North Carolina to New Hampshire, begun producing our first music video, and have been in constant development of new music.
We are looking forward to the next couple of months and have some great shows coming together in and outside of Philly.
This summer we will be touring from our home base in Philadelphia to Caravan Music Fest near Bangor Maine. This tour will also include a week stay in New Hampshire to record a few tracks for an album.
We are influence by The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Velvet Underground, The Strokes, Flaming Lips, The Growlers, The Magnetic Zeros Neil Young, and countless other performers and musicians. We are so interested in these artist because of their honest connection with their music, their audiences, and their performance. Mountjoy strives to create our version of their excellence and give the audience an honest experience. We don't use many gimmicks, no pedals, and find ways to connect to our audience through our energy and joy of music.
