Mouse Pocket (Self-titled)- Debut, June 22, 2010.
Mouse Pocket's first ever "studio" album was recorded in Bryan Zannotti's living room from March to May of 2010. Chalked with hummable melodies and flowing improvisation, this record highlights and brings together the influences that each member has grown to know throughout their individual lives. At eight tracks and around 35 minutes in length, this authentic, jam-filled album will surely have listeners putting the loop on it.

Bio

"I attended the "Mouse Pocket" CD release party. [They were] prepared, rehearsed, polished, sober (I think), and professional; almost all originals. Buy their CD or downloads, they have a future! Some of our local bands would be shocked to hear these early 20's guys attack their songs!" -Brett Huus, Founder of Sound Strations Audio Productions Inc.

Mouse Pocket is new as of February 2010. This five-piece rock group takes in and spits out influence from every spectrum of the rock rainbow. From Ben Folds and Dave Matthews Band, to Queen and Red Hot Chili Peppers, MP has already early on established a name for itself in the music community.

In June/July of 2010, MP independently released their first studio album; a self-titled collection of completely original works. The group recorded this in Bryan Zannotti's living room from March to May of 2010. Chalked with hummable melodies and flowing improvisation, the record highlights and brings together the many influences that each member has grown to know throughout their individual lives. At eight tracks and around 35 minutes in length, this authentic, jam-filled album will surely have listeners putting the loop on it. Members:

On guitar and co-lead vocals, Alex Toast has made a name for himself in the La Crosse area, both politically and musically. A former choirboy, he and his guitar have seen every angle of the local music scene, both with bands and as a solo singer/songwriter. He’s also extremely cheery.

On keyboards and co-lead vocals, UW- La Crosse music student Dan Collins brings a unique blend of jazz and pop rock to the band. He has released physical and digital music under the name "Dan Collins and a Piano" for the past four years and continues to do so with much success. He also likes sugar.

On bass, Alden Hedges. This furry man is new to Mouse Pocket as of October, 2010. His bass abilities started in high school and blossomed into a versatile musical personality as a music student at UWL. Alden is a natural improvisor and writer as well as a vocalist. He brings good looks to the band.

On drums and lookin’ good, UWL student Bryan Zannotti. His drumming has been a mainstay in many musical venues here in the La Crosse-area. His work with Nodyne was the beginning to a full out educational and professional lifestyle in music. He also doesn’t sleep.

On saxophones, UWL student Chris Rodey. This nice guy turns heads when air passes through his sax. His passion for music drives him to play, and he does so with great accomplishment. He was once a part Eastern Wisconsin's punk music scene, playing sax for the Surf Ninjas. Don’t be fooled by his nonchalant demeanor, for his musicality is far beyond reserved. He also has a very large beard.
