"Mudflap Junkies"

"The definition of the band pretty much says it all: A southern rock orgy of face-melting guitars, drums, and bass in the back of a '67 El Camino."

- Si Tucker - Current Sauce

"Radio Interview"

"Mudflap Junkies are one of the best bands I've ever had the pleasure of working with. These guys blew me away with their live performances on RED 104.3. I'm definitely looking forward to the next time the Mudflap Junkies are on the show because this junkie can't wait for his next fix."

- The Red Head - Red 104.3 (Alex, LA)

"New Local Band, Mudflap Junkies"

"Mudflap Junkies have lived for the music, experienced the clichés (and then some), practically lived on the road, and all that in under two years. This is the band you’re going to want to catch while they’re still local because you won’t be able to buy tickets fast enough once they make it"

- Timberly Deville - The Sentry

Leather Pants & Rockstar Flair - Ep (2009)
White Trash U.S.A. (2009)

If the Black Crowes and Drive-by Truckers could have a guitar-wielding, bass-riding baby, they would name it Mudflap Junkies. With three-fourths of the band originally hailing from central Louisiana, this dirty, southern rock group boasts the combined musical experience of around fifty years and, with every live performance, it shows. The gritty, hard-hitting sound of the Mudflap Junkies has an undeniable quality that can only be described as, “the music your daddy used to listen to.” With obvious influences like the Allman Brothers, Black Crowes, Drive-by Truckers, and all things southern, the Junkies seem to simply be a group of guys brought together by a love of rock and it shows in their songs.
