Our story is the classic case of different music backgrounds coming together and creating a new sound. We call it "Cave Rock" for two reasons. It's back to basics simple heavy rock, and it has this Uga Uga mood to it. We love delivering our own style of the same energy that our favorite bands and influences used, like Kyuss, Fu Manchu, Clutch, and Queens of the Stoneage. But there is an up-beat element to our songs as apposed to some bands that have those same influences. We pay special attention to the songs, keeping them up-beat and up-lifting. Very important to us. It keeps the lyrics and messages in the songs out in front of our heavy, bulldozer-ish sound.
