"MULDOON FELTON GOOLD...a Nashville-based pop/folk trio, one whose parts account for an engaging whole...Mike Muldoon sound like a spry version of James Taylor. Bassist Richard Felton supplies slightly funky, slightly world-beat grooves worthy of Phish. And percussionist Jeff Goold is the trio's secret weapon, bringing a light, airy bohemian vibe that buoys the band above the normal acoustic pop/folk set." - Rick de Yampert
"More proof that the well of credible singer-songwriters in modern Nashville is deep. Muldoon's intelligently phrased, sensitively rendered lyrics are matched with sparse, pop-inflected arrangements....laid back and breezy, but more urban-inflected than Southern inspired....the songs are tightly honed.....exemplary of how an original writer with a sharp sense of melodic craft can find freshly personal ways of describing his experiences and views on love and life." - Michael McCall
"Mike Muldoon...matches a folk/country sensibility with thoughtful lyrics and unusual arrangements." - Phillip Booth
