Villains

In October 2010 Luis Madrazo and Matt Isacc started looking for fellow members to form a project to provide heart driving melodies, upbeat rhythm, Tasty leads and beautiful catchy vocals. It was soon enough they found Donald Reagan former member of the recent Liars and Tigers. Instantly they clicked and the search for a second guitarist was accomplished. After a grueling few months of auditioning drummer, they finally stumbled across an add on craigslist for an experienced drummer looking for fellow musicians. After a great brief over the phone interview, the audition of Patrick Haynes former and original Drummer of Straight Line Stich, was met with great anticipation. First audition with Patrick they wrote two of their songs they play today and another member was added.
All that was left was a vocalist to fulfill the harsh and demanding requirement. There was only one man for the job, Beau Benjamin. Although Beau was currently residing in Asheville North Carolina, they knew he would be worth the wait, so they wrote, waiting for him to return to Knoxville. Finally in April of 2011 Beau surprised the band by finally making the move back to Knoxville and thus officially becoming the Lead Vocalist of Villains.
