BandPop

Rock & Roll surf punk with a healthy dose of new wave.

Biography

Influences include The Cramps, The Pretenders, The Velvet Underground and new wave groups like early Berlin, Blondie and Missing Persons. There's a serious nod to 60s girl groups like the Ronettes and Goldie and the Gingerbreads. We write tough songs that work best at parties where people are dancing. What sets us apart are classic songs that you can dance to and a natural charisma that never takes itself too seriously.
