MUSICFROMTHEMINDOF...Z-MAN is the creation of guitarist/producer, Donald Louis Anthony. The band name is taken from a character in an unpublished science fiction story, titled, Ephram Gate. It is a story of a dimension traveler named, Z-Man. This band and their music crosses musical dimensions, influenced by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Santana, and Jeffery Osbourne. MFTMO...Z-MAN formed in the studio during the recording of what became their self titled disc. Now emerging from the studio, this group is ready to take their unique blend of blues, rock, jazz and funk to the stage. The original music features soulful vocals, clever lyrics, and masterful musicianship. During a recent performance in Ferndale, Michigan, emcee E Square, called this band the best band you have never heard of. MUSICFROMTHEMINDOF...Z-MAN
