Danyosonn’s moniker was passed down from the Great Sensai. And while he has the boom, ba and bam — Danyosonn doesn’t use his talent to brag. Instead he uses hip-hop to relay how he feels because when words can’t get the energy across, his music does. Danyosonn has been on a non-stop grind since he was 16 years old. For him, the journey because in his bedroom where he put together his own studio. Even when he moved to Virginia, Danyosonn stayed consistent and has ran with it since. Bio
Daniel Blake, aka DanyoSonn is a hip-hop artist originally from Brooklyn, NYC.
His song is direct, gritty and diverse, inspired by the punch of old school east cost rap, while looking at the contemporary scene for further inspiration. DanyoSonn was based in Virginia, where he worked on finalizing his debut mixtape, “RAW.”
His career counts many amazing highlights, including attending the prestigious SxSw music conference, in occasion of the #GMSH (Get Money Stop Hating) tour, where connected with many fellow artists and fans.
DanyoSonn’s sharp delivery and witty lyrical flow have often been compared to the work of artists as diverse as Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne or J. Cole, just to mention a few.
