Bio

Mustard Music Publishing Limited was set up in 2004 by Max Mackie (Slip N Slide/Platiplus/Flying Records) and Rob Roar (Phonetic Recordings/R&S Records). With over 30 years of experience between them in the Music Industry, a wealth of contacts and one of the best track records for A&R'ing demos/productions with potential great ideas, adding songs to them, helping with production and turning those good ideas into BIG records. Rob is the Director of Phonetic Recordings (www.phoneticrecordings.com) one of the top five dance labels in the world today, he also held Head of A&R roles at two of the most influential record labels Global Cuts/R&S Records - Belgium and Slip N Slide/Kickin Music. He has written/worked with many big acts including Tom Jones & Boy George. He also manages chart topping group Bodyrox - www.pitch-one.net

Max's early days saw him co-managing the infamous Flying Records, he then went on to run Slip N Slide/Kickin and Platipus Recordings (Robert Miles 'Children)' and was intstrumental for giving Deep Dish their big break when they remixed Delacey's 'Hideaway' for him.
