"All Reviews"

"The lead singer of the industrial/goth Mute Grey sings in keys few other musicians in Wisconsin even know to exist." -The Isthmus Magazine

"The young band (who was recently flagged as one to watch by Isthmus Magazine) debuts their unique sound to the world at large: a moody mix of ambient soundscapes and brutal metal riffs with gothic undertones. Ethereal female vocals by Meg frame aggressive screaming by drummer Suit." -Blue Dog Audio

"Ever seen a five piece rock band with two female members and 3 male members? I doubt you have, and I hadn't until Mute Grey took the stage. Fuse together Korn plus Kittie plus keyboards and you've got Mute Grey in a nutshell." Dane 101 - Various Media

Mute grey is a 5-person band based in madison wi. They began building a following and attracted interest upon Two Minutes Hate’s release, but In the summer of 2008 mute grey hit the road, playing shows with rock giants mushroomhead, hurt, and 12 stones, as well as underground industrial luminaries margin of error among others.

Playing many major cities in the midwest, they show no sign of slowing down; Their single “hush” has recently recieved repeat airplay on madison’s hard rock radio station, 94.1 wjjo. with new material being written, plans in the works for an extensive 2009 tour, a new line of merchandise, and a growing fanbase, mute grey are making one thing clear: two minutes isn’t nearly enough, they want it all.
