MY WORLD DOWN

MY WORLD DOWN is an American Rock Band from Los Angeles, CA, with influences from Bands such as Three Days Grace, Incubus, Rage Against The Machine, Foo Fighters, Breaking Benjamin, and many other bands/artists. MY WORLD DOWN consists of American-German Producer/Songwriter Alex Walker (vocals, guitar) and Peruvian Producer/Songwriter Jhon Vento (guitar).

MY WORLD DOWN was formed by Singer/Guitarist Alex Walker in December of 2015. Before forming the band, Alex had been involved in multiple projects that he formed with MY WORLD DOWN band mate Jhon Vento. In October of 2015 Alex lost his mother to breast cancer, which dropped him to a new low point in life. Shortly after, he decided to truly take action and change his life. After having searched everywhere for a new muse, something to remind him of why he fell in love with music in the first place, he decided to form MY WORLD DOWN in the December of 2015. Alex started creating the music he heard in his head, without regard for anything except the feeling that embraced him while creating music. After having recorded his final guitar parts in his home studio, Alex sent the demos of the bass and drum parts he created on his computer to long time family friends/professional musicians Bernhard Spiess (Drums) and Emanuel Stanley (Bass)to help bring his ideas to life, and to record the final bass and drums for the debut MY WORLD DOWN debut EP in their own studios in Germany. Alex then asked long time friend and studio partner Jhon Vento to help engineer the EP for the final vocal sessions, as well as join the band as a creative force and permanent band member.

 MY WORLD DOWN is currently working on their second EP at the world famous Studio City Sound in Los Angeles CA. The EP is being produced my Alex and Jhon, and engineered by Tom Weir, and Andrew Schwartz. The EP is due out early 2018, the first official single "Until I Break" was released on October 31st 2017.
