New England based HipHop artist Myart is a multi-talented emcee, lyricist producer, engineer, and a visionary of sound unlike any other. Inspired by great artists from all walks of life ranging from Prince to Big Daddy Kane, Myart aspires to create music that will last forever and grasp the emotion of the time. In addition he has held his own with some of the best in the underground, Estee Nack, Termanology, Xcel, and more.
His latest single Air Aint Free featuring Murk and Giella is potent piece thats touches upon the harsh reality of living with social injustice. The track was originally recorded back when Obama was in office and collected dust until now. “They keep killing us on the streets. Aint nothing changed” says Myart. The song effectively demonstrates police brutality being an issue from the days of way back. Inspired by great artists of all walks from Prince to Big Daddy Kane, Myart aspires to create music that will last forever and grasp the emotion of the time. Myart has held his own with some of the best in the underground, Estee Nack, Terminology, Xcel, and more.
With his Beats and wordplay, Myart creates a world and a journey for the audience to travel through on his recorded works. Most importantly, Myart's lyrics tell the story of his community and the experiences of the world as seen through his eye and expressed by those who may not have a voice.
Myart's showmanship is a must-see, he has been performing at different venues for many years and has opened up for Red Man, Uncle Murda, DJ Lazy K, Joell Ortiz, and a list of other major artists. Myart is a monster the way he attacks the stage and is the reason why the word "Smash" is incorporated into his branding. In adulation to his favorite Marvel hero the Hulk.
In 2019 Myart dropped the EP. "Release The Art" already getting an underground buzz off the first single "Mighty Weights" featuring Estee Nack and Xcel the video has been also well received. The latest single "Fuk Yu" is out now on all streaming platforms along with the video on his YouTube channel WarBounMyart.
Myart continues to prep for his Full CD release in the meantime he has done a few videos to promote the Ep and is currently working on a mix CD (title not revealed).
Myart is truly the whole package with a unique style, hot beats, true-to-life lyrics, and stimulating shows he stands out among his peers and is leading the march on re-defining what true Hip-hop music is and putting his stamp in the world of Rap.
