Bio
MyElement are a five piece indie/ rock band based in East and West Sussex. The band formed at University in 2006 when having to record an EP for a Music Production degree. Harry came in with a couple of songs to record, with the other band members coming in as ‘session musicians’. The chemistry between them all was such that they decided to give playing and writing as a band a go and became MyElement.
Since these very early days, the band has had time to develop their sound and stage show to a point where they are a truly unique unsigned band. Their broad range of influences and backgrounds mean that their songs vary in style - one minute calming you with their melodic four part harmonies, the next uplifting you and making you want to dance around the room!
In the past they have been compared with Snow Patrol, Feeder, Keane and U2, and their live show has been described as epic due to the powerful vocals and catchy hooks.
